Refund & Cancellation Policy

For website design services, a deposit of 50% of the total service costs is collected when services are engaged. The remaining 50% will be charged after completion and approval of site design and code. Changes in scheduling, deadlines or terms must be approved and may incur additional charges. Deposits are considered a non-refundable commitment to work and refunds for services will only be considered in cases of business dissolution or financial insolvency. In such instances, Seek Media will evaluate the claim to assess whether a refund is appropriate.
